We are truly a family owned business.
Danny and Claudia are brother and sister who grew up in San Miguel, El Salvador. Both studied technical English at Universidad de Oriente before immigrating to the United States.
Lindsey was born and raised in Dover, Delaware. She studied History and Museum studies before beginning her career in the non-profit world in Maryland.
Lindsey and Danny met playing soccer in 2015 and are now married with 2 kids.

Claudia, her son Gabriel, and husband Sergio all live in College Station, Texas.

Lindsey lives in Laurel, Maryland with the rest of the Baker Cruz Familia--Adriana (7), Axel (3), and Danny.
With over 20 years experience in the non-profit world, she does the admin for Baker Cruz Services. |

Danny lives in Laurel, Maryland and works during the day as a commercial irrigation foreman.
Danny assists with translation review and quality control for Baker Cruz Services. |
Our Why
We recognized a need in our community and moved to fill that void. Our combined experience in small businesses and nonprofits gives us a unique understanding of the need for quality translation services. We understand the obstacles that non-native English speakers face in accessibility. We also know well the issues that smaller organizations and business face when trying to expand to Latine markets. We aim to help bridge that gap.
